Pet Incinerator Description

A pet incinerator is an enclosed combustion chamber made from heat-resistant steel and lined with refractory bricks or insulation capable of withstanding temperatures between 800C and 1200C. It operates by burning organic material (animal remains) until only sterile ash remains.

• The animal body is placed in the primary chamber.

• Burners ignite, raising the chamber temperature to 8001000C.

• Combustion converts organic material into gases, which are passed into the secondary chamber.

• The secondary chamber maintains 10001200C for complete oxidation of gases.

• After the process, only sterile ash (25% of original mass) remains.
